3. A raffle ticket can only be purchased over any distance communication device such as a mobile phone or over the Internet.
4. A raffle ticket can only be purchased by an Account Holder if he has sufficient funds in his account with xwin-24.com.
5. The raffle ticket/s, once purchased, will be governed by the version of terms and conditions and Raffle rules valid at the time of the ticket being purchased.
6. A ticket is deemed to have been purchased and valid to participate in the intended raffle as soon as confirmation of the acceptance of the request for purchase is received on the device or computer of the Account Holder from xwin-24.com.
7. The Account Holder affirms that at the time he purchased a ticket he had no knowledge as to the outcome of the raffle result. Where there is a suspicion of a violation of this rule, xwin-24.com retains the right to void the ticket and refuse to pay out winnings. It also retains the right to take any further action to protect its legitimate interests and to comply with other laws and regulations.
8. xwin-24.com retains the right to decline to accept requests for purchase of tickets without providing any reason.
9. The list of all the purchased tickets or requests for purchase of a ticket, their status and details are available to the Account Holder on the website after login.
10. Should a raffle be stopped or cancelled for whatever reason, the Account Holder will be refunded with he value of the participating ticket/s less any expenses directly related to the ticket sale.
11. Furthermore, a raffle will not be cancelled for any of the following reasons: If so, that there are more then 2% of chargeback/ cancellation/ illegal tickets/ illegal transactions etc., xwin-24.com has the right to continue the game and to restart the ticket sales, until the minimum number of tickets are sold, which are declerad in each individual game. All Account holders will be informed by Email about the new starting and ending time for the ticket sales.
12. Nothing in this paragraph shall prevent the Service Providers from applying to the courts of any jurisdiction for such provisional or protective measures as are available under the laws of that jurisdiction.

Dormant and Inactive accounts are maintained as players money held on the assumption that players will return to re-activate the accounts. We do not deduct any funds for dormancy and periodically contact all players with a non-zero balance to reactivate them.

After a successful raffle selling, xwin-24.com will ship the product to the winner of the product with a local and/or internation shipping company. The winner of the raffle gets a tracking number for the shipment, and he can track the shipping on the shipping company's website.

According to the amount, a time limit is determined automatically, until which the raffle is available. If during that period all the required number of raffles is sold, or when the entire purchase price is available, the sale of raffle is deemed accomplished, there is no oversubscription. In such case the product(s) or the service(s) is drawn and one lucky person wins the offered product or service.

In case the emission does not reach the desired level within the previously settled time frame, the seller receives a notification on the amount received from the raffle payments. Based on that information he/she decides to have a drawing on the product or service for the offered price, or to extend that period. The extension is subject to a fee which depends on the length of the extension.

The duration of the extension shall not exceed the double time of the initial time for emission. If the seller does not sell the product for a lower raffle price, or does not wish the extension, the product is deleted and the raffle purchasers are refunded the price of the raffle which is credited on their virtual account. Two ways of game organization are possible : Individual Game or Group Game

After successful registration our players shall open a virtual account, of which the balance may be zero (0), because if the player only wishes to sell products or services and does not want to participate in any purchase or game, the price of the sold product(s) or service(s) will also be credited on that virtual account that the player may use freely or transfer it to his/her own account.

Under the personal account option the player receives an accurate summary, amongst other information on the following:
